Warren Symphony Orchestra Announces Its 52nd Season – A Celebration of Community and Music

The Warren Symphony Orchestra (WSO) proudly announces the launch of its 52nd concert season, marking more than half a century of bringing world-class symphonic music to the community. Entirely supported by the generosity of local donors, sponsors, grants, and patrons, WSO continues its mission of making live orchestral performances accessible and meaningful for audiences of all ages. Students K-12, first responders and veterans always attend for free.
This season promises a lineup of concerts that highlight the orchestra’s artistic excellence and deep connection to the community. Under the baton of WSO Music Director Andrew Neer, the Orchestra will present a diverse repertoire that blends timeless masterwork with exciting contemporary selections, offering something for every listener.
“Our 52nd season is both a milestone and a tribute,” said WSO Executive Director Joyce Russell. “The Warren Symphony Orchestra has thrived for more than five decades because of the unwavering commitment of our community. Every note our musicians play is made possible by the people who believe in the power of music to inspire, unite, and uplift.”

November 23, 3 to 5 p.m. Across the Sea, Warren Woods Middle School Auditorium
Mendelssohn – Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage
Britten – Four Sea Interludes
Debussy – La Mer
January 29, 6 to 10 p.m. Winter Gala at Andiamo Italia Warren Banquet Center
with a special WSO performance
March 1, 3 to 5 p.m. Mozart Flute Concerto in G Major, Warren Woods Middle School

In addition to its mainstage performances, WSO remains dedicated to nurturing the next generation of music lovers through an annual youth concert with up to 1,500 attendees.
Ticket sales, donations, and sponsorships provide the sole financial foundation for the orchestra’s operations. “Our supporters don’t just keep the music alive—they ensure that the arts remain a vibrant part of Warren’s identity,” added Russell.
